Falcons are trained through the elimination of their hearing and sight senses by concealing their eyes and ears with certain headpieces that work to contain and desensitise the predators primal and hunting instincts. The flying hunter becomes not only peaceful yet obedient and disciplined. In this series, human sized headpieces based on the falconry hoods symbolize qualities between the animalistic and human as interrelated and exploring themes of control and desire through the erosion of certain perspectives influenced by what we as humans hear and see.
