Berliner Festspiele

The Berliner Festspiele brought the long-disused International Congress Center Berlin (ICC) back to life with a series of performances, circus arts, music, films and installations. In Suspended Delirium (2021) by Raed Yassin and Monira Al Qadiri, a 30 minute robot performance comprising of prosthetic and artificial intelligence activates 3 heads (Yassin's, Qadiri's and their cat) questioning: Is human under erasure?
The installation aims to break through the formal boundaries between performance, installation and robotics, and leaves room for the bizarreness and imagination of the human mind.
